We offer two quiet private guest rooms for singles. The rooms have a bed with comfy mattress, a desk, lounge chairs and sphere lights. Just outside the room is a coffee and tea minibar with a fridge, microwave, water cooker and washing sink. And of course there’s a free high-speed wifi connection.

Our rate is based on a stay of minimum three nights. For one or two nights and for last-minute reservations the rate is € 85,-. For stays of one week or longer we can offer a reduced shortstay rate. Depending on the length of your stay and the season, you can pay in advance by bank or credit card, or in cash upon arrival.

In the kitchenette it’s possible to self-cater simple meals (but no regular cooking). We can refer you to good and affordable food deliveries, take-aways and restaurants in the area, and to various bicycle rental outlets. Upon reservation you also receive a route description and other practical information.

When you have a confirmed reservation, you can cancel without cost until 48 hours before arrival. After that the first night is due. In case the reservation is longer than 3 nights, then at cancellation one third of the total amount is due. In case of no-show without notice the whole amount for the reserved room(s) will be billed.

We found over time that the guests who most enjoy their stay at Vincent’s Attic are those who value personal connection, friendliness and respect. Guests who are perfectly fine with a tidy, basic room, and don’t mind parking their shoes at the front door, as that helps us to keep the house clean. 🙂

We are a less ideal fit for guests looking for an up-market hotel-type experience, with private bath facilities and a television in the room.
